I’m so excited to celebrate our four year anniversary with all of you! The opportunity to develop an idea into reality is a journey that is fulfilling, rewarding, and joyful. It can also be difficult, frustrating, and exhausting.

Over the last four years, I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with amazing leaders that are experts in their craft and visionaries in their ideas. I have learned so much and look forward to learning more.

I remember the day my wife brought up the name Catalyst as I was contemplating the name that represented this new journey. The word had been showing up in various places, but it wasn’t until she said it that I knew it represented what I was working towards.

To be a Catalyst, means to instigate a reaction, a process, to change something from what it once was. It had become clear to me that much needs to change in our world. A willingness to imagine, design, and create solutions to solve and improve our world has become imperative.

The broad landscape of The Catalyst Project’s work is intentional because we have a lot to change. We are now 25 years into the 21st century, but for many, their thinking is still stuck in the 20th century (and unfortunately for some in the 19th century).

We can have a better world for ourselves and for future generations. Each effort, each action matters. We must continue to tell our stories, learn from the stories of others, and leverage our collective knowledge and experiences to create the future we all deserve. We are hosting our 2nd "Creating a Family Culture of Literacy" workshop, where we aim to empower families with the tools & strategies necessary to foster a love of reading & learning within their homes.

Tarrant4Change is celebrating 3 years in 2025! They have raised $6,000 of their $10,000 goal this summer!

Tarrant County is the epicenter of extremism and it is going to take a lot to defeat it. Local community members are taking action everyday. To reach the scale and scope of the efforts needed, we must invest in local grassroots organizers. They are working the frontlines everyday to engage, educate, mobilize, and support community.

Tarrant4Change works to connect, collaborate, develop, and invest in local grassroots organizers in Tarrant County. To date they have connected with over 200 organizers with a goal of 500.
